"Will County's Landmark For Good Eating"
The Merichka's logo is modeled after a boomerang...because we want customers to keep coming back...and they do. Joe Zdralevich was a graphic designer, and created the logo himself.
Merichka's has been family owned and operated since April 18, 1933. Known for our world-famous "Poorboys," we also have a fine dining selection that we are proud to offer at reasonable prices. Our meat is graded Choice U.S.D.A. We cut all our meat. We do not buy portion-controlled, wrapped meat from any meat purveyor, nor do we use meat tenderizer. We grind our own beef. We broil all our hamburgers and steaks.
